My History

Earl W. Ridgell is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) practicing in Maryland. He earned his Master's degree in Clinical Counseling with an emphasis in pastoral counseling from Loyola University Maryland, where he graduated in 2016. Earl has worked at Solutions for Mindfulness since 2019, helping clients gain clarity and insight into their lives through evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

Earl’s work focuses on helping individuals from diverse backgrounds achieve greater mental health through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Nutrition and Mental Health. Earl’s compassionate and holistic approach has made him a trusted counselor for individuals dealing with life transitions, emotional struggles, and relationship issues.

Earl’s unique background, including his training at the Ecumenical Institute in Baltimore and his work as a part-time pastor, has given him a strong ability to connect with clients from all walks of life. His therapeutic philosophy integrates both mental and spiritual wellness, helping clients achieve a well-rounded understanding of their needs and personal growth.
